Amy Bringardner, DVMDr. Bringardner is originally from Dalton, Georgia. She obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Georgia in 1996. She then attended Ohio State University where she obtained a Masters degree in Animal Science in 2003 and then graduated from Vet School in 2008. She shares her home with 3 labs and 2 cats. She enjoys attending festivals, fine cuisine,gardening, canoing, traveling and spending time with her friends and family. Dr. Bringardner is particularly interested in emergency medicine and toxicology.
Sarah Erwin, DVM Dr. Erwin is a 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation she worked in a small animal general practice and emergency clinic in Columbus before returning to her hometown of Dayton, Ohio. In addition to emergency and critical care, she also has a special interest in cardiology. Dr. Erwin currently resides in Columbus with her husband and their animal family consisting of their dog Sadie and four cats: Rose, Duff, Axl, and Pippen.
Leigh Fenderbosch, DVMLeigh Fenderbosch is a 2008 graduate of Ohio State University. Leigh resides in Columbus, Ohio with her numerous furry family members. She enjoys outdoor activities, horse-back riding and playing with her dogs. Her main interests lie in emergency medicine and surgery.
Matt Noble , DVMMatt is a 2004 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Since graduation, he has been practicing in Emergency / Critical care environments. He initially practiced in the Washington D.C. area, and has been at the CARE Center since July of 2005, enjoying the variety of challenges that emergency medicine presents. Matt is a native of Oxford, OH and a graduate of Miami University.
Kristi Sowers, DVM Kristi Sowers is originally from Winston-salem, NC. She has a degree in Graphic Arts from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She wanted to be a veterinarian as a child but did not discover her true passion for it until she worked as a veterinary technician in Winston-salem following undergrad. Kristi finished her prerequisites for vet school at North Carolina A&T University in Greensboro, NC. She attended The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2009. Kristi moved to Pittsburgh, PA following graduation and briefly worked in general practice. She then worked as an emergency veterinarian in a large referral & emergency practice in Pittsburgh. She fell in love with emergency medicine and found a perfect fit with the CARE center in 2011. Besides emergency medicine, her interests include exotic animal medicine and metabolic disease. In her spare time, Kristi likes to hike and camp with her two Siberian Huskies (Kirin & Takota). She also enjoys traveling, dancing and cultural events. Her 3rd family member is a rescued one-eyed Maine Coon cat named Ruger. |
